@toki first, your admin has to add a pack to the instance. Then you can use them like normal emojis.

But I guess you can also send them as images, for example I've never asked @ivesen to add blob sharks to this instance, but I can send it as an image as you can see

@toki I don't know how they work in mastodon, but you can send the download link containing the zip file for example.
