@kzimmermann@fosstodon.orgI found out that sometimes #OpenArena will not run by default under Ubuntu 20.04 and its derivatives (like #LinuxMint, Linux Lite, etc) despite a successful install via package manager.

sounds like a mismatch in expectations on libc/libm
@meena yup, recompiling these libs seems to do the trick for now
@kzimmermann ...or you can "borrow" a copy of Quake III and play that with quake3e
