uBlock origins unblock rules for both #Decentraleyes and #LocalCDN are outdated. Is there any updated rules?

GUS needs to update it's index, plenty of the links listed are dead. GUS and tildes should also have a system in place where if user just makes a "Hello World" page and never puts anything there, they should be removed from index / kicked out from tilde. This is the largest issue I face while trying to browse gemini, I see a cool domain, I click, and it's either dead or just says "Hello World", " Hi! I'm $NAME, there will be more stuff here soon" or "Test". It discourages exploration.
asking for money for our cat
Our lovely 15 year old cat Baby needs to have a tooth removed, which will be about 500€ on top of the vet bills that already accumulated over the past weeks (they summed up to a good bit more than that).
This is by far not the most urgent fund raiser on here, so if you have to decide who to give money to, don't give it to us. But if you still have a few euros to spare after considering other folks, it would help us handle this more easily.
