I've been thinking a lot about the different types of art I like to make, and I think I'd like to one day do an actual physical art trade with another artist. Like, physical stuff we made my hand or printed our art onto, shipped to each other. I do a ton of crochet, knitting, hand-sewing, macrame and of course drawing, and I'd love nothing more than to make a bunch of goodies for someone I know appreciates that sort of thing just as much as me, y'know?
Today's must read from @gbilder
"Pick an infrastructure organization you depend on.
If they have not endorsed POSI, ask them why.
If they have endorsed POSI, read their self-assessments with the same scrutiny you would a research paper you were about to cite or a contract you were about to sign.
If they haven’t updated their POSI self-assessment in more than a year, ask them why.
I’ve created a dashboard to help with this."

CORE have posted a blog about it, in which I restate the importance of CORE as essentially scholarly infrastructure.
