@s31bz @bradlinder Don't forget @mobian, or the relatively new, but actively developed on #NixOS port. IMHO, the number of distribtutions does not really matter - I rather have two options that work well (which postmarketOS and PureOS both do on the Librem 5, than https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/Pinebook_Pro_Software_Releases).
@linmob @s31bz @bradlinder Yeah, the #librem5 is the one phone that most mobian developers currently recommend and use. Both purism and mobian devs are quite active with migrating things into @debian proper. We are aware of the price tag, but would like to reiterate that this actually includes salaries for mobile Linux developers.
@mobian @linmob @debian That's of course the end goal of any, well almost any, distribution targeting mobile Linux of course: to eventually make a "port" unnecessary in the first place and being able to run any distro out of the box as long as they target ARM architectures.
Devices shouldn't need a list of distributions that work, I certainly don't have that for any run-of-the-mill laptop/desktop so I shouldn't need that on mobile either. The Librem 5 is (slowly) getting there!
