Texas authorities arrested a Jan. 6 rioter recently pardoned by President Trump on Thursday for online solicitation of a minor.

The Harris County district attorney’s office said it took Andrew Taake into custody Thursday morning for the May 2016 charges, according to a post to the social media platform X.

Taake was sentenced to six years in prison last June after pleading guilty to assaulting police officers with bear spray during the riot at the Capitol. He was released from federal custody in Florence, Colo., on Jan. 20 despite the county’s request for federal authorities to hold him.

My 1st thought on reading this was 'You've got to be kidding me!' Unfortunately i dont think they're kidding:

"Republicans are groomers. This is the 8th pardon [for the Jan 6 storming of the Capital] to [reoffend], with one killed [in a] shoot out with police. Pedophilia is a major culprit, 5/8 have charges."

FLORENCE, COLORADO (The Borowitz Report)—In a bid for a presidential pardon, Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán claimed on Thursday that he had participated in the Capitol insurrection on January 6, 2021…
As a felon, I ask President Trump to pardon me out of professional courtesy.”
In his closing argument, El Chapo acknowledged he was a controversial figure but added, “I’m not some total maniac like Hegseth.”
