I went with the cheap ram which supposedly is seconds from well known brand name RAM manufacturers that just fail at least one of the final tests they use.</p><p>(And don't worry about those degraded pools! I made a pool with three drives, pulled out one of the drives, waited a week, plugged it back in, but via USB, and it looks like the system is doing the right thing. </p><p>Who knows?
