This game has taken 7 months to make. That's far too long for a simple little platformer like this.
But I poured a lot of *me* into this game.
I've put a lot of my thoughts, feelings, worries, desires in here.
It's about Identity, Imposter syndrome, the hoops we have to jump through in society. It's got a lot of allegory in there.
Writing it has left me mentally exhausted.
But I needed to make this game.

So turns out during this weekend Movistar (a phone provider in Spain and other countries) completely blocked all CloudFlare IPs to "stop piracy" because some pirate sites use CloudFlare to avoid DDoS, this block was made at the request of La Liga, the Spanish football league.

This is very akin to how #itch_io got taken down by their registrar due to a copyright issue with a user that used their site, only with like half the bloody internet.
@nxadm Probably, but on the one hand using the #Windows version when there is a dedicated #Linux version sounds unnecessarily inefficient. And on the other hand i can't get win versions from #itch_io via their launcher on linux. And installing by hand makes it again annoying.
#SteamDeck is great, but it's still far from leaving windows in the dust.

this one is kinda #commonLisp #McCLIM #code dense, solving two problems:
- we never close and reopen windows (except by accident): It updates dynamically in this one
- Instead of lame straight lines we use some random #mathematics doug found.
- Since the window updates dynamically, I just incrementally guessed my way to the new heart.
