I've coated a chilled coupe with vermouth dry and added the mignon of Edinburgh Gin Speaside.

Garnish with an olive and enjoyed.

This gin is stunning! Very Junipery and super umami! Love it!

The first is a big surprise: made with frozen Xoriguer gini is intense and deeply satisfying;
The other one (petit serve) is made with Killowen frozen overproof gin to conclude the concoctions.

Both of them are poured ina frozen coupe coated with Bordiga dry vermouth and garnish with a lemon twist.

Absolute perfection.

Spray coat a chilled coupe of dry vermouth and add a generous portion of gin direct from the freezer (Malfy lemon gin for me).
Garnish with a lemon twist and sip before it gets warm.

It's a super tasty #directmartini, made with ingredients from #Piemonte region (vermouth and #whitetruffle from #Alba).

For a full #truffle experience, let the vodka infuse for at least a month.
