Vibrant vertical streaks of yellow and green create a blurred, abstract impression. These are early morning reflections of riverside reeds interspersed with light mist on the waters of the Chobe River in Botswana.

Days 6&7, safari in the #Chobe national park, Botswana.

Driving in the sand took some getting used to - even with 4x4, the car doesn’t always go exactly where you’d like, more like guided swimming.

It pays off as soon as you realize how close it brings you to nature and how small you are. There are no fences in Chobe and animals simply walk around (the car). Just keep the distance and enjoy.
