The longest swim of 2025 achieved

Tonight, I swam 3.175 meters in 73 minutes

After a few days off during the holidays I started 2025 with a nice training session in the swimming pool.

Yesterday, I swam 2.500 meters in 64 minutes

Today I made the last work call of 2024

Then I dedicated myself to the sport that more than any other helps me to release stress and relax: swimming

I started swimming again only a couple of months ago after a long period of inactivity, but I'm satisfied with tonight's swim

I thank @ryancheley and @foosel who share their passions and their progress, they inspired me to share them too

Today, I swam 3.000 meters in 68 minutes
