Radlerin 🚴‍♀️<p>Was mache ich eigentlich wenn <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/DHL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DHL</span></a> in der Sendungsverfolgung angibt dass meine Sendung in die <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/Packstation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Packstation</span></a> umgeleitet wird aber die angegebene Packstation den Sendungscode nicht kennt?</p><p>Ist die dann noch nicht da? Wird in der online Verfolgung hinterlegt wenn sie in der Packstation angekommen ist?</p><p>Kennt sich da wer aus? <a href="https://troet.cafe/tags/fedihelp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fedihelp</span></a></p><p>Notiz wartete heute im Briefkasten auf mich..</p><p>Update: also die Sendungsverfolgung kriegt ein Update wenn‘s in der Packstation auch angekommen ist.</p>

Bisher war es lediglich mit einer Registrierung für die #DHL #Packstationen möglich, sich #Pakete dorthin senden zu lassen. DHL startet allerdings gerade eine neue #Testphase in Deutschland, mit dem sich der #Paketempfang an einer #Packstation deutlich vereinfachen lassen soll. Zunächst ist der #Pilotversuch für ein Jahr und in Zusammenarbeit mit 20 Onlinehändlern geplant.

Ey… wieder mal nur 2 von 3 Sendungen aus der #DHL #Packstation bekommen. Dritte Sendung wird als „in der Packstation“ angezeigt, klickt man auf jetzt abholen…. Kommt die Anzeige, dass nichts in der Station hinterlegt ist. Inzwischen 2x passiert #Sylt

#Packstation hängt auf der Startseite, nimmt keinen Touch an. Müsste wohl mal remote rebootet werden. Ich rufe die Hotline an. KI-Kundenabwimmel-Bot ist dümmer als 2017er Bixby und besteht auf ner Sendungsnummer (hab ich nicht, ich will was versenden). Endlich stellt er zur Warteschleife durch.. Nach 15min: ein Mensch! Ich trage das Problem vor --> "Sendungsnummer bitte"

Was zum !"§$%&°! hat meine Sendungsnummer (die ich nicht habe) mit einer Packstation, die sich aufgehängt hat, zu tun?
