I had to download a bunch of files from my old mediafire account. Apparently they don't have a desktop client anymore, and the free tier does not allow bulk downloads.

To circumvent, I found this app called Air Explorer that connects to various cloud services through their API and can download / sync files in between and to your local.

Works nicely on Win and Mac, in case you need to download some files from cloud services that don't have a sync client.
