Had a #Yoshiko original
#charcuterie for dinner today. Yoshiko made it all basically from scratch (save for the meat and cheese, of course).
Ridiculously delicious. Also, we're almost 'Thanksgiving dinner' full. Only carbs were the flatbread crackers, though.
I include the #JapaneseFood tag because the potato salad and the carrot and tuna salad are Yoshiko originals inspired by traditional Japanese recipes. Also, the avocado recalls sashimi cuts.
