A small taste:
2 + 2 = 4 until it doesn’t. As an example:
Project A should take around 2 weeks
Project B should take around 2 weeks
That’s 4 weeks to complete them both
But only if they’re done in sequence!
If you try to do them at the same time, with the same team, don’t be surprised if it ends up taking 6 weeks!

@borisv @thoughtbot Isn't that the basic disease of bad management? Not being able to prioritize and then starting everything at the same time - which leads to this effect.
@projektmanagement @thoughtbot it’s not necessarily about that. More about our bias for individual efficiency producing worse results.
