I've updated the starter pack creation process and added a preview step to make it easier to see who you’ve added. 
Also starter packs now start in draft state and aren’t published to the community starter pack list until you publish them on the starter pack screen.

) @anze3db It would be super geil if you could see how many people pressed follow, through each starter pack, in order to sort them by popularity.
Other metrics to consider could be: concentration of instances, concentration of langugage and to add tags to the startpack descriptions

btw, went through the first 150 starter packs - some of the creators are un-indexed accounts, isn't a little funny that they can't be listed in a starterpack, but can create starter pack?

but I don't think it's wrong - I don't want to limit starter pack creation (unless it's for a nefarious purpose).
