On this day, I had the first guided walk of my life. I think walking should be free. I would rather donate to protect the ecosystem than pay a guide. However, in Svalbard, it is forbidden to go alone outside the city, so to explore the area, I had to follow a guide. It was actually interesting and fun to chat with the guide. Exploration is discovering new activities, or re-discovering in a different way!

I prefer taking photos of the untouched nature, but this hut is so pretty I could not resist. Please don't ask for the location. It does not matter where it is, what matter is to stay connected to nature. Promoting tourism is unsustainable. You could probably find beautiful nature around your home town.

I darkened the sky in #rawtherapee with the "Shadows/Highlights" and "Graduated Filter" modules.

Hiking is simple: one step after another. Hiking is rewarding: beautiful scenery inaccessible by motored vehicle. Slow down and enjoy nature.

Great hike in Lyngen Alps. This was about 700m elevation with a clear view of islands and the sea.

Exposure: 4s. Zoom range: 10-17mm with #micro43 sensor. No Photoshop, no Lightroom, no AI. I used #Rawtherapee mostly to intensify the colours (temperature and vibrance). I mean the "light speed" effect is real.

Spazieren mit der kleinen durch den Wald ist das Beste. Besonders weil sie immer was neues entdeckt. z.B. ein verlassenes Zechenhaus mitten im Wald.

One of the things I love about #Tucson -- it can be a sunny 70-something down here , while just outside of town (and up a few thousand feet!) there's a #winter wonderland on Mt Lemmon. ️ #differentworld

When a chestnut fall, it's green and the spikes are quite soft. I saw a bird opening a green chestnut to eat the nut inside.
