TMNT: Turtles in Time is definitely one of the games I played the most in arcades and with friends on the SNES.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time for the Super Nintendo was released on August 15, 1992. This beat 'em up game is a home console adaptation of the popular arcade version.

#TMNT was a lot of fun, I used the #Konami code to get extra lifes because I'm not that good at beat 'em ups. Dragon Quest was quick and to the point, I loved it. Dragon Quest 2 on the other hand was a pain in the ass, but still I liked it.

As a #Sega kid growing up, I only ever played #HyperstoneHeist. After taking my 4-year-old son with me through a couple playthroughs, I decided to see how the other half lived and give #TurtlesInTime a shot.

This is the first time I've ever felt like I missed out on something having grown up with a Genesis .Turtles in Time is a superior game in practically every way, but it's hard AF! I can beat Hyperstone Heist on easy without breaking a sweat, even with the youngling taxing continues (bless him he does his best ). I have yet to beat Turtles in Time after three attempts. Teachable moments on perseverance, I suppose!
