Wellbeing, motivation, affirmation - they can come from anywhere, and don't let anyone shame you for where you get yours!

Today is my main rest day while my wife is away in Glasgow for uni. Knitting, Star Trek Prodigy, grazing simple food, hanging out with the dog under a blanket, bliss!
