Coincidentally, Toyota last year claimed to have made their own solid state battery breakthroughs, being able to deliver 620 miles, then 750 miles of range, and would deliver first vehicles by 2027.

1200 miles is...bigger. Much bigger. And BYD will always be cheaper, unless countries enact extremely high tariffs on SEVs.
