In RDF, how can I describe a scalar value? I need something like rdf:List or rdf:Seq or rdf:Alt but for a single value. Does this exist or do I have to invent my own (e.g. ex:Scalar)? I only need to use it as a kind of "tag" that says what the "outer type" or "cardinality" of a thing is.

How will the Model Context Protocol (MCP) change the Semantic Web and Linked Data? Is this being discussed anywhere?
I think that application developers who have accessed SPARQL endpoints using REST will start using MCP.
I think triplestores will continue to be used inside MCP servers, and more developers can access triplestores easily.

TIL: Eine #SPARQL Abfrage in #Wikidata nach aufsteigender #QID zu sortieren ist etwas mehr, als in https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:SPARQL_query_service/queries/examples beschrieben. Statt bloß "ORDER BY ?horse" muss man schon zu "ORDER BY (xsd:long(STRAFTER(STR(?horse),"Q")))" greifen.
