I've been looking for some information on <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/postscript" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>postscript</span></a> and all the good stuff has pretty much disappeared. After much hunting, I've managed to find some of it, but there's still much missing. Heck, buried somewhere in my storage are the PS SDK 3.5" floppy disks, but little of it is online (or if it is, its hard to find). If anybody knows where I can get the example files that were part of the colored books I’d be very grateful for a pointer. (1/2)</p>

I'm trying to add flex operators to CFF charstrings. Anyone familiar with that?
What puzzles me is the "flex depth". The spec says I can add a "hflex" command when the flex depth is 50, but the image says that the flex depth is the distance of the joining point from the line connecting the start and the end point. That doesn't seem to make sense ...
