How this video went from France 24 to Democracy is weird!

The #France24 report on the #LaWildfires is like two posts above.

That said, I would suggest watching this vid below because of the rise of #globalfascism.

My problem with this report, is I'm hearing NOTHING about the #workingclass

Six months after Los Angeles wildfires, displaced residents still dealing with trauma • FRANCE 24 - YouTube m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6z0UIc6

By the end of January, the wildfires that engulfed Los Angeles had been contained. But that isn't the end of the story. The air, soil, drinking water and every surface has now been contaminated with particulate matter, chemicals, PFAs, asbestos and more. Now, teams from Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, the University of California, Davis and the University of Texas at Austin are collaborating to study toxic harms in the burn zone. Initially, they've been sharing their findings in real time so residents can take action such as wearing masks. They've also committed to a 10-year study. @InsideClimate spoke to some of the researchers working on the ground about their work and what they're finding.

Inside Climate News · After the LA Fires, Scientists Study the Toxic Hazards Left Behind - Inside Climate NewsResearchers from Harvard and universities in California and Texas are studying the long-term effects of the Eaton and Palisades fires on air, water, soils and surfaces of properties that didn’t burn.

"It's a hearts & minds thing. #BigOil has always understood that & we'd better get smart about it fast. As for talking about #ClimateChange, it wasn't even the right time to talk about it during the #LAWildfires, which came with $250 billion worth of damages. That's if money's all you care about."
