The baby hat for my colleague has been gifted, so now I can share some pictures of the WIP. I love this stage of bottom up hats

I made a chicken hat for my granddaughter, but was afraid it would be too small, so I made a second one!

Inspired by Pom Pom Art videos on Instagram, I decided to try to make an egg pom pom, and I am so happy with how they came out! Here are both hats, big and little with their egg pom poms!

My grandson dressed as Fishstick from Fortnite for Halloween, so I decided to make him a Fishstick hat! I created the pattern in Excel, and I am quite pleased with the outcome. I used a combination of stranded colorwork and ladder back jacquard colorwork.

#FlashbackThursday Three years ago, I designed my Kanta hat. It's knit sideways in garter stitch, and uses short rows for the shaping. The braid is made with a special technique that's explained in the pattern!

Finally, I took some pictures of the Wanderings Hat that I knitted in August. I love the texture of this hat! The yarn in Malabrigo Rios in Nimbus Gray.

Finished up a hat to match the fingerless mitts I made the other day! The pattern is 'Easy Slip Stitch Mitts' by Sandra Buzza. The yarn I used is: Berroco Ultra Alpaca Natural in Sunflower Seeds and Wild Rice. I took the slip stitch motif from the mitts pattern and made it into a matching hat! So fun and I LOVE the results!

I got the '200 Fair Isle Motifs: A Knitter's Directory' for Mother's Day this year and this is the first attempt using one of the motifs from the book. Probably not the best color choices, but it was still fun to do!
