Had my PCP app today. I'd forgotten last she & i spoke was before I got fired & had been talking to her about starting to step down off my SSRI Rx. Let's all take a moment to laugh at that & then be thankful she was like, "Nah." But she said she's proud of me that I'm holding it together.

Shift 3 of 3 then 2 days off. I keep posting the wrong patten of my IRL work schedule. but i am going to figure this shit out. exhausting. all my 12 hour shifts have all been 13-13.5-14 hours.
