Inzoi dev overhauls communication in an effort to win back players
Hello hello Jamers
Spring is back and so are our Dev Updates!
You missed them? We did too!
Our team has been busy squashing bugs, enhancing the user experience, and preparing some exciting new features for all Jami users. From desktop to mobile, and deep into the core, things are moving fast.

New Update Alert!
We’ve rolled out a fresh batch of features, fixes, and improvements to make your experience even smoother!
What’s New?
Manage data types like payment methods & contract types
Heads up: We’ve updated how payment methods work. Manual migration might be needed if you're using older data.
Try it out and let us know what you think!

Another Vintage Story update, the developer is clarifying his update priorities while also showing us new things that are in progress! I will happily await these new things while exploring the content that I have not yet even touched.
Vintage Story is such a great and mechanically intricate game. I love the feeling of primitive production that gradually becomes more advanced over time. You can live as simply or as complex as you'd like in Vintage Story. I am going to be a bit advanced, enough that I can tackle the story without much issue.
And people didn't like it.
What a surprise.
Honestly to me that was yet another "We really want to get rid of re-rolls" without them explicitly saying so.
Makes me worry for the ability to complete my skin collection, eventually..
Hello, hello Jamers
It’s been a month since our last #DevUpdate, so this week we've prepared something special for you:
New versions of Jami have been released for iOS and Desktop (including Ubuntu 24.04 and Fedora 40).
We've fixed major connectivity bugs, significantly improving reliability on mobile devices.
Exciting new UI designs are now available on iOS, with an Android update scheduled for release next week
We would love to hear your feedback!

Currently working on multiple different things:
- a custom documentation portal (for internal things/projects), docusaurus doesn't cut it
- a 2D platformer game with my friend (see screenshot)
And for those who'd rather stay on Mastodon
We made a little something!

We are working on running tests on all supported python versions to make sure everything works, no matter what which versions you are running on. Hopefully this increases the stability of the upcoming 1.2 release.
There is another monthly #DevUpdate available on our #Blog! Check it out: https://blog.funkwhale.audio/2021-november-update.html
We will say goodbye to the All In One Docker Container in the future. Don't panic! There will be a documented migration path and the coming release will still be available for you!
