The three #racist POS who ran down #AhmaudArbery, and executed him with a shotgun are now trying to have their #hateCrime convictions overturned.

"Oh no, we didn't murder him because he was black! We murdered him because we thought he was a criminal!"

... But, they thought he was a criminal because he was black, so...

Part of me hopes they do overturn the conviction right before the election so Ahmaud can get revenge on these racists once again, on a national scale.

Georgia or criminal practitioners please correct me, but it's not normal to have more than a year pass between indictment and arraignment, is it? What took the judge so long to set the hearing?
