TUIs are great thanks to keybindings that allow for crazy fast navigation.
It is also really heplful to have mouse support in case you have a finger stuck in the nose and need one hand navigation. 
But to which extent do we want pointers to invade the terminal space? 
I love to see a new rust Tui framework poppin,
but having to click window buttons while in a terminal seems like a sin to me!
