1. That number: You need to talk to an #Xfinity Assistant on the computer
2. Agent on the computer: You need to call this other number
3. That other number: Let me ask my manager (on hold) I need to transfer you
4. That transfer: Let me ask my manager (on hold) I need to transfer you
5. 3rd transfer, 5th point-of-contact, 40 mins after dialing that second number: Can actually do the thing.
If it were me trying to initiate a weird thing, I'd understand. But I'm not the one who initiated! Surely the emails should have had a shortcut to that 5th person!
On the bright side, my monthly bill is now less than half of what it was.
