The upcoming #FLTK 1.4.0 release brings a lot of improvements, but it will take some effort to adapt Dillo code and solve all issues. Finally we will have DPI independent font sizes!

@niutech there is already support for themes (schemes in FLTK) https://github.com/dillo-browser/dillo/blob/v3.1.1/dillorc#L267-L277, as well as some customization options for the UI colors.
There is no support for other custom themes (yet).
