That should only be a dumbass screen fed via cable from one central server that stands in some backoffice.

As far as I recall a late Amateur Radio friend the displays there did run on Windooze.

yeah, i think they changed what they wrote mid sentence. i think obviously they meant they experienced short or no *milk deliveries*
