Was a fun day yesterday at #CiviCamp #CiviCRM in London. About 70 people from 40 different orgs came together to learn from each other in how to use this #openSource tool to do their #charity / #campaign / #community thing better.
I offered a talk about how to (and not to) use email metrics.
