Want to get staffed for a #rollerderby tournament as an #NSO? In my experience as a THO, the most important factors are

(1) be willing to work multiple positions, at least one of which is not SK or PBT;
and (2) tell me who you are - some combo of references, game history, and a personal note.

If your application only hits roles for which I have many applicants, I may not have space for you, even if I want to staff you. And if you don't give me a way to know you, I can't put you on a crew.
