This newly scanned 1972 printout is a significant piece of Lisp history. It's the documentation of code @masinter wrote to implement an Algol-like FOR iterative statement for Lisp/360.
Not long after that Warren Teitelman drew inspiration from that code to implement the FOR iterative statement of Interlisp, which much later motivated and influenced the Common Lisp LOOP macro.
