@hellomiakoda i would wanna see Android Translation layer to be used more for Android app support on Linux phones to have to not run a whole Android System on top of the Linux gor a app.
but the rest looks good.
@Idcrafter Android apps function like just apps on FuriOS. As long as the container is running, you jut tap them in the same launcher as the Linux apps
@hellomiakoda yeah but it is using Waydroid wich isn't that optimal for battery life and i know that waydroid can display apps as windows but running Android apps as "native" software using ATL would be a better option for the future.
waydroid still has the full Android user space it emulates even if you only show one app.
@Idcrafter I agree, but this is still pretty good for now.
What I really want is there to be no reason to run an Android app.
@hellomiakoda yeah but this will only be a dream for some time until mobile Linux gains enough users and using a standard application distribution platform like flatpak and with payment for and inside applications.
toolkits like QT Quick are usefull for making good looking and fluid smartphone software and making it easier to use by like adding java support like Android to make it easier than the current C++/C what then could bring more Software. Sandboxing would also be great with permissions.
