#introduction I'm a software engineer that moved into leadership roles when I got tired of fighting w/ broken builds. I used to be involved in various tech communities (#scala, #dorkbot, #ruby, #oss, etc.), but keep a low profile of late. I also used to play music (mostly #punk & #postpunk) quite a bit, though these days it's just a hobby. I occasionally tinker with a lot of things, read, and enjoy watching TV/movies with my lovely wife @holyspacemonkey.
These days, my interests are pretty much all over the place, but of late I find myself paying attention to: #python, #rust, #wasm, #generativeart, #embeddedsystems, #systemstheory, #systemsthinking, and probably a couple dozen other things that I'll probably think of as soon as I hit publish on this.
