Do not use Kiwi browser (on Android). It does not allow adblockers to access bing, yahoo, their own websites, and more. Presumably because they get paid
https://github.com/kiwibrowser/src/blob/master/extensions/renderer/extension_injection_host.cc#L109
Yandex browser does this too with their own domains.
Firefox Beta for Android supports extensions too (after doing an annoying, but doable workaround)
@sponsorblock oh hey, it now works on Firefox Beta as well? last time I checked it only did on Nightly and on the F-droid version (that I switch to because of that). that's neat.
@noodlejetski yep, they enabled it on beta some time ago
@sponsorblock and then they added a list of adblock extension ids and websites to make them not work on in the source code. funniest shit i've ever seen
@coolelectronics I think there was another project called "ungoogled chromium android" that also had extension support, but I think it is discontinued now.
@sponsorblock Good tip. I used Kiwibrowser a while back as it allowed extensions, but I stopped using it when it started adding telemetry. Now I use #fennec.
