Podlove Publisher Release 4.1.16

Fixes a security issue related to Twig, the engine that powers Podlove Templates. Update, check your templates (if you use any custom ones) and let us know if anything doesn't work as before -- because the internal API is now much more restrictive, but all documented APIs should still work.
