Bluetooth headphones for zoom meetings?
I’m on zoom meetings like 8 hours per day. I have a dedicated microphone, but I’d like to get Bluetooth headphones as I’m getting annoyed with the cable.
My only concern is that there would be latency. I’m actively speaking to people and I’m concerned the video and audio will be out of sync.
If this a legit concern?
@my_actual_brain I use a studio mic but wanted to be wire free in-ear. I can't cope with silicone tips but love Apple's earbud shape.
I have a couple of sets of the below. I don't rate the mics on them, of course, but for the price point they're fine for the input from Teams calls and computer noises.
@my_actual_brain That hasn't been a problem for me. I use either Sony MDR100 or MDR-1000X headphones paired to a Mac. On PCs the Bluetooth performance can vary a lot depending on the hardware and antenna design so YMMV depending on what you have.
@pws Thanks, I will be upgrading to a Mac as soon as the M4 airs come out. I will check out the headphone models you posted.
