Today's win: went and got an indoor exercise bike for a great deal and discovered a wahoo cadence Bluetooth sensor on the crank that the seller didn't notice.

Anyone have recommendations for FOSS cycling apps it can be paired with to track indoor rides?

@sam I tried that, but it kept going into idle because I'm not moving. No big deal.

@brianb @sam as usual this should work :)
The Wahoo needs to send wheel rotation and OpenTracks will compute the "covered" distance and then data should be recorded aka idle-functionality should be working.
If not, please open a bug.

@dennisguse @sam I'm going to replace the battery and try again today.

@dan I'll need to try it again. It kept going into idle mode, but I think it's because the sensor battery is on its last legs and kept cutting out.

@brianb I find that it connects to my Giant combined speed/cadence sensor without fuss, but for the power meter (Favero) before each ride I have to go into settings and deselect/reselect it. I haven't reported this as a bug yet though, so that's arguably my own fault

@dennisguse @dan New battery solved it for me. Thanks!
