@HalvarFlake From one of the people that helped writing the pitch "EuroStack is "vaporware" in the sense that is not software or anything practical (nor an organization), it is not a technical project but rather an umbrella term and campaign to promote the idea that no European alternatives will emerge without a coordinated strategy and industrial policy ..

@HalvarFlake .. that channels actual investments (funds, public procurement etc) at all levels of the stack. It's a way to raise the attention of the European leadership and counter the idea that regulation (while important) is sufficient to bridge the gap that we have with US and China, or that they can continue to buy Microsoft and Google products while repeating their plans for digital sovereignty. ..
