ARA Records Ansible

Wrapping up a 1.7.2 maintenance release of ara that includes a number of fixes and improvements, there's even some new features !

A full changelog will be available soon.

Some highlights in the meantime:

The dark theme is a bit more white and a bit less grey after an update to latest release of bootstrap css.

Fixed an issue with logging that prevented usage with python 3.13.

Handle playbook interruption (ex: ctrl+c) to set the status to "expired" (best-effort).
