Guilty as charged. I may have spent a little too much time in my early #openstreetmap days adding billboards...
@philip I really loved tracing warehouses, until AI took over.
@JimmyRocks I try to remember one of the 2 rules of #OSM: “Have Fun!”, so if micromapping that is your thing, then fly free little bird!
@amapanda @JimmyRocks "yes but" when someone starts mapping private less-than-2m-length driveways as service roads, and every gate, and fences, then the street quickly become an uneditable mess. Same happened when someone thought to be a good idea to make "landuse=residential" by properties, excluding streets; the result was a village with 3000+ residential polygons.
@grin Oh I don't think `landuse=residential` is correct for every little isolated house.
@amapanda "I" is the key word there ;-) Some thought it's "have fun" category. No grudge, just a lot of work afterwards.
