"all 32 drives against KMT legislators are going as scheduled, while all 12 drives against DPP legislators have thus far failed to clear the first barrier."
The drives against the DPP failed because of irregularities in the collection of signatures. These petitions can still be resubmitted though

Frozen Garlic has a good explainer of the "recall war" in Taiwan. There are currently about 50 legislators being targetted for recall although not all of these campaigns will proceed to stage 2 or stage 3

2025 will be the year of the "great recall" (大罷免) in Taiwan. Recall campaigns are underway in 51 legislative seats.
It's worth noting that, on the pan-green side at least, this is a citizen-led movement not party-led.
