The Norwegian #Yr weather app was just mentioned on @itsclarksonsfarm so I had to check it out… it’s absolutely superb to use (just need to test whether it’s accurate now)!

Yr.no melde lav eller ingen mengde nordlys natt til i dag (i varselet for Lillesand, i alle fall). Det må vel ha vært en feil, eller? Noen som vet hvordan en skal tolke nordlysvarselet til Yr?

Well, i used to be a big fan of #yr.no for the #weather. Most others will just tell us what's happening in tekapo or Fairlie or Twizel, which is usually very different to our microclimate on the dry side of the hills, whereas yr.no had our station specifically.

But the last week has been such extreme weather, consistently wrong. Not a cloud to be seen today and the forecast is naught but fog. Telling us it was 5°c when it was below zero.

My trust is absolutely broken
