C'mon, you are watching Heyman and his history with Punk & Roman and you're asking this. Check out what Roman did when Punk told him about the favour, he nearly lost it. It's psychological. For Punk it's friendship & emotions, he already told why Heyman is important for him. For Roman it's about loyalty & security, despite his ego he likes his wiseman, it gives him comfort. And for Seth, he just want chaos, he wants to punish both Punk & Roman and Heyman is the perfect vehicle for that.
