For many, it's time to break out the grill. I achieved some success yesterday that I would like to share. In #Wisconsin there is debate over the proper way to prepare bratwursts. Each has a preference for either "crunchy" or the "soft." I fall in the latter camp.

To achieve perfection, you can no longer go to a local supermarket, as they do not exist in some places anymore. If you are going with the "Johnsonville," you can give up on perfection.
