@Likewise Great advice ! I am down that road too: low carb chocoholic (now moving on to cocoa nibs) with 6 hours of feed window 5 days a week.

I am 58 years old and insulin resistant. The above nutritional changes plus 40 min of strenght/cardio training every other day, have given me a new lease on life.

My own two bits: walnuts, pecanas, macadamias and avocado provide a lot of healty fats and Omega3/6 balance. When taken at the end of the feeding window, they make the 18 hr fast a piece of... err meatpie 🙄 !

I also make my own cannabinoid extracts. Non psychotropic ones such as cannabinol CBN (main CB2 receptor agonist) and CBD from flower (no hemp) help regulate blood sugar, stabilize mood and protect my liver, spleen colon and pancreas.

Gladly surprised to find your testimony as health does not seem to be a priority for mastodon people...

I just reloaded the next #budkup in my #pax3. This is fresh #cannabis, in this case it’s #JackHerrer and it’s my all-time favorite #weed. I find it amusing, none of my family have a single clue. I’m such a child of the war on drugs that they assume… hahahahaha. It would take them to be interested in my life for any of them to notice. Not yet. I amuse myself a lot, how my kin don’t want anything at all to do with me. I’m not upset at all. It makes me chuckle.

Still a big mess back here. Stupid virginia creeper infestation. I massacred everything down with the decapacitator blade last autumn but the roots are unkillable and it will come back soon.

It climbs up the trees and chokes their branches, causing them to die off. I cut off some dead ones so I can at least pass through there for now. Before it was just jungle.

Not sure how to get a grip on this, perhaps remove all the junk from the ground and then rotavate it.

Messy garden between a shed and a fence. There's a few half rotten old beehives further back. The view is from below a tall, overgrown apple tree. Its branches hang forward into view, mostly dead, some roughly hacked off to clear a passage. The ground is covered with vines and roots, mostly from the invasive virginia creeper.

Sweeping tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday are set to increase prices of cannabis products in the country, as many firms rely on Asia for manufacturing.

Tins, vape hardware and specialized glass remain difficult to source domestically, and companies remain largely dependent on Asia particularly China.

Shares of cannabis firms were trading down between 5% and 10% on Thursday.
