Are films filmed in #Toronto and #Vancouver are "produced" in the US but filmed in Canada?
Either way, this will just lower the quality and quantity of media the US produces.

Vancouver had a vote-for-two council by-election. Orr and Maloney, in the bottom rows, won, standing for separate parties (COPE and OneCity). Crossover was almost as strong between them as for the two parties that each ran two candidates (Stein/Kaisers and Hardwick/Abbott). Greens ~neutral. #vanpoli
