#Brexit - Five years ago Friday, two crowds of people gathered near Britain’s Parliament — some with Union Jacks and cheers, others European Union flags and tears.

> On Jan. 31, 2020 at 11 p.m. London time – midnight at #EU headquarters in Brussels — the #UK officially left the bloc after almost five decades of membership that had brought free movement and free trade between Britain and 27 other European countries. abcnews.go.com/Business/wireSt

TelegramRFU English🇺🇦🚛 Ukraine Delivers First Locally-Made Military Trucks to Combat Brigades 🔧 The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has delivered its first batch of domestically produced all-wheel-drive military trucks to frontline brigades. Under a state-guaranteed contract signed in December 2024, around 80 trucks with 4×4 and 6×6 configurations were supplied in January. These vehicles will be used for transporting personnel and military cargo in combat zones. More than 50% of their production is localized in Ukraine, strengthening the country’s defense industry. 🛠️ In 2024, Ukraine prioritized rear-line military equipment, including armored vehicles, medical evacuation transports, fuel tankers, and mobile logistics units. This investment enhances battlefield sustainability and operational efficiency. However, in 2025, the focus will shift towards acquiring offensive weaponry, further intensifying Ukraine’s military capabilities. 🚀 Additionally, Ukraine has launched licensed production of modern FPV drones at a state enterprise, reinforcing its technological edge in drone warfare. By investing in domestic defense production, Ukraine not only reduces reliance on foreign suppliers but also accelerates its ability to sustain and expand military operations against Russian forces.

🔴 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 **Few Britons think Brexit has been good for anything**

Matthew Smith

_“Leave voters are naturally more enthusiastic about the impact of Brexit to date, but even then, fewer than half of those who voted to exit the European Union in 2016 can point to a positive outcome in any area.”_
